Definitions and applicability
All activities and transactions of Perform & Transform Advisory (PTA) are governed by these general terms and conditions, unless PTA agrees in writing to other terms and conditions. If separate agreements have been made for a specific transaction, you cannot derive any rights from them for future transactions.
Accepting an offer for services from PTA implies that you accept the applicability of these terms and conditions.
pricing and costs
All prices are stated in Euros and are exclusive of VAT. As long as the agreement has not been established, PTA is authorized to change the pricing and further conditions.
payment methods
The agreement to buy and sell comes into effect when you accept the offer and meet the conditions set. The amount due will be invoiced according to the specifications in the agreed offer and settled according to the instructions on the invoice.
claims and cancellations
PTA is doing everything to deliver her services well. Does something not meet your expectations? Please send us an email at
info@perform-transform.org. We try to solve any problems or complaints, always in consultation with you, in the best possible way. After the start of an assignment cancellation of part of the agreement can only be done in mutual agreement. This agreement should include settlement of potential outstanding financial amounts.
In case of cancellation, service(s) provided by PTA to date of cancellation will invoiced in line with the original agreement and there is no right to a refund for the amount due or paid.
liability
All liability of PTA and its staff, for all damages of any kind, direct or indirect, is excluded unless there was intent or gross negligence by PTA.
Applicable law
The agreement and these general conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
